LET NOBODY KNOW IT – PART 2

Hi again! Are you there? I’m glad you’re reading this second article. As I told you in the first one: God has heard your prayers and He wants to speak to you. Please do not read this part if you haven’t read first the part 1 at the following link: LET NOBODY KNOW IT - PART 1

As a recap, the only solution to what happened to you is death. That’s why God sent his only begotten son to die for you. Literally, He took your place. You don’t have to die; He died for you so you could live.

Dear friend, God not only sent his son to die for you; He came to make ALL things new. He can give you back what you lost. He is able and He wants to give you your life and happiness back. Trough him everything turns new.

 

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here. 2 Corinthians 5:17

 

EVERYTHING is made new again. Even your purity? Yes, even your purity. God gives you a new spiritual virginity. GOOD NEWS!: Maybe physically you weren’t able to stay virgin until marriage but you can walk down the aisle as a pure bride or groom. Don’t ever call yourself impure or dirty because God has cleansed you and washed you.

 

“Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.” Acts 10:15

I want to summarize you another story that appears in the word of God, specifically in the book of Samuel, chapters 4 and 9.

 

This is the story of a 5-year old prince called Mefi-Boset. His grandfather, the king; and his father, the prince had died in the battle field. Scared, his nanny ran away from the castle with him and while she was running, she dropped him unintentionally and he became lame. He was a prince that lost everything because of someone else’s fault.

Stop for a while and think about this for a moment: Do you feel the same way? Lame because of someone else’s fault? Crippled for life by the carelessness of your parents? Maybe because of a mother that preferred to believe to her husband rather than you? Ruined for life after being sexually abused? Crippled in your heart because someone touched you and tried to abuse you?

 

God wants to heal your heart today. He wants to take away all that hate that for years has governed your heart. The resentment to your parents that ignored your situation or that preferred to ignore it while you grew as a living dead.

Pay attention for just one more minute and let’s continue with this story: Several years later, King David, the successor king of Mefi-Boset’s grandfather sent someone to look for him at this land called “Lodebar”( which not casually means dry land, land of pain). King David brought Mefi-Boset back to the castle and spoke to him. What He told Mefi-Boset, God wants to dedicate it to you:

“Do not be afraid, I’ll take care of you. I’ll give you back everything you lost and from now on, you will sit on my table and live as one of my children”

 Maybe some of you had the same reaction this boy had: Why do you treat me like this? A dead dog and I are the same thing.

If you just answered the same thing, I want to tell you that Jesus, the King of Kings, wants you to sit on his table again. He wants to give you back EVERYTHING you lost; He wants you to live as one of his children. God wants to cleanse you and wash every part of your heart and your body. Just accept him as your Father, accept to sit at the table with him and live as one of his children. It doesn’t matter how dirty you feel, He has prepared new clothes for you. A new home with him. You don’t have to go back to the place you came from.
