Hi again! If you haven’t read the part 1 of this article, I recommend
you to read it at the following link: Dating the enemy Pt1
If you already read it or if you’re just not in the mood of
reading the part 1, I’ll summarize it for you:
·
Would you date one of your father’s enemies?
·
Enemy of God is anyone who loves the things of
this world. Someone who looks like the world, speaks like the world, enjoys the
same things that the world enjoys, sees the same thing everyone see, listens to
the same things and lives like everyone.
·
You can’t be the best friend or even worse, the
boyfriend or girlfriend of an enemy of God. Or what would you feel if your
little daughter dated one of your enemies?
·
A RELANTIONSHIP IS THE WORST WAY OF EVANGELISM.
Let’s continue! If this wasn’t enough, I’ll make you a
question: If this person you like is a son/daughter of God, who will be your
father in law? You will answer: God! And I will say: Correct!, now if this
person is not a son/daughter of God, who is her/his father? In that case, who
will be your father in law? I’ll assign you the task of making your own
conclusions so you don’t blame me for the answer.

But Luis, that happens to fool and weak people, I’m not
going to change just to please someone.
Ok, let’s suppose you are right. Let’s make a test. Let’s
look for the wisest man that has ever walked on earth, let’s allow him to fall
in love with a woman who doesn’t love God and has other idols. Let’s see what
happens. Wait a minute! We don’t need to create this scenario. This situation
already happened:
King
Solomon, however, loved many foreign women besides Pharaoh’s daughter. They
were from nations about which the Lord had told the Israelites, “You
must not intermarry with them, because they will surely turn your hearts after
their gods.” Nevertheless, Solomon held fast to them in love. As
Solomon grew old, his wives turned his heart after other gods,
and his heart was not fully devoted
to the Lord his God, as the heart of
David his father had been. 1 Kings 11:1-4
Ok, ok! Just imagine, if this happen to the Great King
Solomon who was the wisest man that ever walked on earth, what do you think
that could happen to you?
Whoever has eyes, let them see! If you
decide to start a relationship with someone who doesn’t have God as the center
of his/her heart, don’t get surprised that you end up building a big throne in
your heart to bitterness, fornication, alcohol, lie, hate, etc.
This
post is dedicated from the Holy Spirit to you. You, who decided to start a
relationship that is not convenient at all, a relationship that you know that is
not going anywhere. You are still on time to stop this. If you decide to disobey
“just this time”, you could delay for years the plan of God for your life.
